Adventure Time is a community-led EverQuest guild on the Project 1999 blue server. There are no restrictions for using this forum space to organize an event -- you don't even have to be an Adventure Time member, although anyone is welcome to join. Organizing an EventWhen planning an event, please follow some basic guidelines to make it a success: - Include the location, level range, date, and time (plus time zone) in the post title. For example: "Sol B, level 30-35, 2/23/13, 7:30 p.m. EST"
- In your initial post, include any other details that you feel are relevant, such as your knowledge of the zone and which class/level you will be playing.
- Please follow through with your planned event.
- If not enough people for a full group respond to your post, use in-game guild chat or /who commands to find more. Try to do this ahead of time so that when the raid time comes, everyone is ready.
- If too many people (more than 5) sign up for an event, create a waiting list. If there are no-shows, you can contact the wait list in game.
Attending an Event- Reply to the post on this forum if you would like to attend.
- Include in your post your character name, class, and level.
- If you expect to be placed on a wait list, include the name of whatever character you will be online with at the time of the event, if different from the one you signed up for the event.
- If you commit, please plan to attend. If something comes up, please update your post on the forum.
